Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your book purchase. However, please note that we do not offer refunds on book purchases. We do offer exchanges under certain conditions.

Conditions for Exchanges:

  • Books must be in their original, unused condition. This means the books must not be read extensively, written on, highlighted, torn, or damaged in any way.
  • Books must not show signs of wear such as bent pages, spine damage, or stains.
  • The original packaging (if applicable) must be included.
  • You must provide clear photos of the books you wish to return.

How to Exchange:

  1. Contact us.
  2. Enter your order number and email address to start.
  3. Select the book(s) you want to return (include the book title).
  4. Include the reason for the exchange. Photos are required.
  5. Repack the books carefully to prevent damage during shipping.
  6. Use the return address provided on the package.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Unless we made an error with your order (e.g., sent the wrong book), you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Books:

  • If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect books, please contact us within 10 days of receipt.
  • We will send a replacement free of charge. Photos are required for verification.

Missing Books:

  • If books are missing from your order, please contact us within 10 days of receipt.
  • We will ship the missing book(s) free of charge.

Reasons for Exchange Rejection:

  • Books show signs of use, reading, writing, highlighting, or damage.
  • Books are damaged due to improper handling after receipt.
  • The exchange request is initiated after 30 days from the purchase date.
  • Clearance or sale items are not eligible for exchange.
  • International orders are final sale.

Store Credit / Exchanges:

  • Refunds: No refunds are available. Only store credit or exchanges are offered.
  • Exchanges: Once we receive and inspect the returned book(s), we will ship the exchanged book(s) within 3 business days after you pay for the new shipping cost.
  • A new tracking number will be sent via email once shipped.
  • Only one exchange is allowed per order. After the first exchange, no further exchanges will be accepted.

Important Notes:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.
  • Clearance sales and international orders are final sales (no returns, no exchanges, no refunds).
